How to Enter
In Store:
Come into the store with at least two photos of your nursery on a CD and fill out an entry form available upstairs in the Furnishings department. Hand both things to anybody in a Moms to be… and More shirt and you’re good to go!
Online:
Download the PDF of the entry form and fill it out. Once you’ve done so and saved it to a folder easily accessible (such as your Desktop), attach the file to a new e-mail message addressed to furnishings@momstobeandmore.com. Next, attach at least two photos of your nursery and send away!
Step-by-step:
1) Download the Nursery Photo Contest entry form (PDF)
2) Fill out information
3) Go to “File” at the very top of the page and select “Save Page As…” (For Firefox users. Select “Save As…” for Internet Explorer)
4) Save it to your Desktop
5) Open up a new e-mail message addressed to furnishings@momstobeandmore.com
6) Attach the PDF and a minimum of two pictures
7) Click send and you’re finished!

Moms to be… and More Nursery Contest Rules
1) Contest ends on July 1st, 2010.
2) Winner to be contacted by phone.
3) The winner will receive a $250 gift certificate for Moms to be… and More.
a. Gift certificates must be used at our flagship location at 1642/44 Bayview Ave. but does not have to be used all at once. The remaining difference will be issued as a store credit, which has no expiration.
b. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
c. Gift certificates must be physically in the store to be used. Customers cannot use them on our website, over the phone, or by e-mail.
d. Gift certificates cannot be mailed.
4) One entry per household/family.
5) At least two pictures with different angles of the room must be submitted.
6) Must contain at least one piece of furniture/decor that is carried by Moms to be… and More.
7) Winners will be featured in the newsletter.
8) Everyone will be in a gallery and/or album of customer-submitted nurseries.
9) Customers may submit entries via e-mail at furnishings@momstobeandmore.com or dropped off in-store on a CD along with a completed entry form available at the Furnishings cash desk.
a. Any photos or discs submitted in-store will not be returned to customers.
10) By entering this contest, customers give Moms to be… and More permission to use their photos for other purposes to promote the Furnishings department or future contests.
11) No purchase necessary.
